Dear All,

We are extremely proud to share with you that, today University Grants Commission has conferred Autonomous Status to our institute, K J Somaiya Institute of Engineering and Information Technology, Sion , Mumbai  for a period of Ten (10) years from the AY 2021- 2022 to AY 2030-2031 as per provisions of Clause 3.13 and Clause 6.4 (i) of UGC Regulations dated 12.02.2018. 

We are very thankful to our Chairman, Hon. Shri Samir Somaiya, Hon. Secretary, Lt. Gen. Jagbir Singh, Hon. Provost, Dr Rajasekharan Pillai and whole Somaiya management for their all time support and encouragement provided to all faculty, staff and students for the continuous growth of KJSIEIT.

KJSIEITs faculty, staff and students' regular contributions in all our initiatives have made this possible.
