Shahin Pathan joined KJSIEIT in 2005.She has teaching experience of about 19 years in the field of Chemistry. Presently, she is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities. Chemistry has been her passion that has moulded her since her schooling. Analytical skills and scientific approach have been instrumental in shaping her career as a teacher. She has secured Ph.D in the subject of Chemical Sciences from NMIMS University. Her areas of research interest are chemical analysis, natural materials, nano materials and their applications. She has been contributing to the research publications and also has a book to her credit. She is a firm believer of team-work and capable of supporting and executing various tasks assigned by the authorities. She has also coordinated a short term training program and expert talks. She is also member of prestigious Indian Science Congress, carbon society and Indian Society of Technical Education.She has a vision to be known as a successful research scholar with the requisite strategic goal to develop innovative teaching strategies in the future.
