Mandar Bivalkar was born in Dapoli, Maharashtra. He received B.E. degree in Electronics engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur India, and the M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering with CGPA 8.29 in the year 2011 . Currently he is pursuing his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology,(IIT) Roorkee in Communication Systems .
In 2007, he joined the Department of Electronics Engineering, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Engineering, as a Lecturer. Since 2011, he has been with the Department of Electronics Engineering as an Assistant Professor. His current research interests include Antenna Systems, Compressive Sensing and Signal Processing. Mr. Mandar Bivalkar is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).
