She is an Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Engineering. She is P.G.D.B.M. (2008) from Deemed University, B.E. (2004) in Computer Engineering from North Maharashtra University and Diploma (2001) in Computer Technology from BTE. She has done ‘Software Quality Testing’ Certification – CST (2009) from SQTL. At present, she has done her M.E. in Information Technology from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Wadala, Mumbai.

She likes educational profession. She always likes to have in depth knowledge of the subject. In 2004-05, she got the merit certificate of 100% result in ‘Computer Network and Internet’ and ‘Information System Security’. She has good programming knowledge.

She has taught Computer Programming-I, Computer Programming-II, Mobile Communication and Computing, Computer Networks, Advance Computer Network, System Security, Robotics, Data Structure and Files, Analysis of Algorithm and Design and Theory of  Computer Science.

For the last five years, her main research was in the field of Networking, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. This has led her interest in the Cloud computing and big data analysis as well. She has published 2 books for Distance & Open Learning Course MCA namely Java Technology and System Analysis and Design. Besides, she presented and published more than 14 International and 3 National papers. Recently took lectures for post graduate student as well.

 

Her parents and teachers have played an important role in her life. Her main hobby is readingShe likes travelling, listening to the music. She likes to spend time with family. Her attitude towards life is very positive. She always admired that ‘Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored at each step of the way’.  Appreciation from family members, colleagues and higher authorities and feedback from genuine students motivates her. As a teacher, she always sees the overall development of the students. To build rapport with the students, she believes in strong subject knowledge, good communication skill, actually clarity and convincing power, transparency in all issues mainly assessment in term-work/papers. Honesty, dedication towards work, understanding of problems of students and colleagues and helpful nature keeps the relationships healthy.

In her opinion, any student must have strong basics of any subjects that they learn in engineering. They should not only score good marks in academics but should contribute in management/ organizing different events or festivals. They should have good soft skills, etiquette and confidence. Overall development would help them to grow as full-fledged graduate engineers.
