Ms. Pradnya Patil is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Engineering in KJSIEIT since January 2020.

Teaching profession offers new ways of  teaching and self-learning. Its not only to earn one's living but also to motivate young generation for creating  better next-gen applications for the society.

As a teacher, she values learning, dedications, sincerity and punctuality in teaching-learning process. She always tries to improve the performance of students by motivating them, by taking activities for students in various student engaging manners .

She has seven years of teaching experience and has presented two papers in national level conferences and seven papers in international conferences and journals. 

She is a project guide for many Mini, Minor and Major projects academic and extra-curricular projects. A project named Faculty Profile Management System (FPMS) developed with students is currently deployed on institute level.  

She had been appreciated by the college for following activities:

1.  Coordinating Faculty Development Program on "Hands-on: Cloud Computing" organized by Computer Engineering Dept in Feb 2020. 

2. Coordinating Short Term Training Program (STTP) organized by Computer Engineering Dept in association with ISTE on the topic "Python Basics, Machine Learning and Blockchain" in june 2020.

3. Anchoring and organizing in national level project competition INTECH-2021 in April 2021

4. Coordinating AICTE and ISTE sponsored Refresher Program on 'Deep Learning & Its Applications' from 13th Dec 2021 to 18th Dec 2021 in online mode. 

Her parents are great role model and thanks to them as she is able to know what to do in life and they are always with her in any situation of life. She believes positive attitude helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. She shows interest in as many things to learn like yoga, sanskrit, dance, painting, etc and she is "Best Performance" awardee in Yoga Teacher's Training Course at Yoga Vidya Niketan, Vashi, Navi Mumbai in 2017.

She is also persuing MA in Yogashastra from Kavi Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek, Nagpur and completed her Part-1 successfully.

She has done her schooling from Shree Ramkrishna Kreeda Vidyalay, Amravati, Maharashtra, India. She is graduated in Information Technolgy branch from Govt. Engineering College, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. She has completed her post graduation from Terna Engineering College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. So far, she has taught Operating Systems, Distributed Systems, Computer Organization and Architecture, Database Management System, Database Information Retrieval, Cloud Computing, Open Source Technology Lab, Computer Networks. Advanced Algorithm, Probabilistic Graphical Models, etc. Her fields of interest are Computer Networks, Oprerating Systems, Machine Learnig and Yoga.

According to her, students should study the basic concepts of all the subjects. They should have ability and willingness for updating their knowledge with new research methods and latest technologies. They also need to enhance their practical knowledge and skill to cope up with the present world and ability to work with others in a team. And at the same time students should behave properly with elders.
